Paperworld India and Corporate Gifts Show concludes with an overwhelming response from 18,219 visitors

Mumbai, 3rd March 2025: Drawing 18,219 visitors from 285 Indian cities and 49 countries, the 2025 editions of the co-located events Paperworld India and Corporate Gifts Show, organised by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India, concluded on a grand note attracting several international buyers and visitors. The expos highlighted novel trends and innovations in the stationery and gifting segment. Buzzing with business, the events successfully hosted engaging knowledge sessions, while a live art competition captivated visitors, creating an enriching networking opportunity.

The exhibition floor turned into a hub of dynamic interactions, where exhibitors actively engaged with buyers, corporate decision-makers, distributors, and industry professionals. With over 1,000 brands presented by 350 exhibitors, the co-located events provided an expansive platform for networking, forging new business relationships, and exploring the latest innovations in stationery, office supplies and corporate gifting solutions. The high footfall across all the three days gave visitors the opportunity to experience first-hand the new launches, engage with suppliers and gain insights into emerging market trends.

The co-located events featured an impactful session program that dealt with topics including Designing Classrooms of the Future which deliberated on creative teaching methods involving school principals, organised by Times NIE (Newspaper in Education) and presented by Times of India. It emphasized on how art and crafts can contribute towards cognitive skills. Ms Debika Chatterji, Director Principal, JBCN International School, Mumbai conveyed, “It was an enriching experience. The speakers shared valuable insights that resonated deeply. The exhibition was meticulously organised and curated, showcasing innovative approaches to education that truly added value beyond conventional practices.” Overall, the sessions emphasised various interactive teaching methods that can impart deep understanding, the development of the ability to think out-of-the-box, activity-based learning methods and many more.

Besides these, the sessions for corporate gifting discussed ways to leverage social and digital media for brand building and lead generation. A panel discussion pointed out customisation is key and to successfully ‘go an extra mile’ and make a difference. It educated the audience on the innovations in packaging, products, look and feel, providing an experience etc which cements trust in a brand.

The last day of Paperworld India had an interesting open-to-all live art competition: The Grand Brush-Off, which saw participation from 17 talented artists. The jury for the session included Mr Vikrant Shitole, a Visual Artist and Mentor and Mr Sikander Singh, an Acclaimed Fine Arts Maestro. Two winners were selected.

Exhibitors were highly satisfied by the visitor engagement and interactions. Mr Joy Mukherjee, Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Kanin India Ltd (Kangaro Group), articulated, “Our participation in Paperworld India since 2016 has been a pivotal experience. What truly distinguishes this exhibition from others in this field is the quality of professional visitors who approach their business with earnest intent. Unlike other trade shows that often lack focus and can dilute one’s time and energy, for us, Paperworld India is a hub of serious engagement and meaningful networking.”


Mr Karan Khemka, Head of India, Cricut said, “We are an American company and have observed that the e-commerce segment is growing in India. Our product is basically a smart cutting solution which can help to cut unique shapes unleashing creativity among kids, improving their art and craft. Based on our last experiences we are sure that we will build and reconnect with our associates in this edition.”

Participating at the event for the first time from Delhi: Ms Saloni Sachdeva, Co-Founder, Kivart, an emerging start-up specialising in audio and accessories, remarked: “The response we received has been overwhelmingly positive; we ran out of our business cards by Day One! We will surely conduct proactive follow-ups on the leads we generated and are optimistic about achieving substantial conversions over the next three months.”

Corporate Gifts Show offered several brands focusing on sustainability present their innovations in gifting. Mr Aman Jain, Founder, The Tenth House, highlighted: “The show has delivered beyond expectations as always. They have been setting new benchmarks every year. We have presented sustainable product range at the show with t-shirts out of recycled plastic bottles. This year, many new brands have introduced innovations focused on sustainability. From notebooks to apparel to bags, everyone is moving toward eco-friendly solutions.

Similar experience was shared by Mr Shubham Prajapat, Business Operations Manager, Caslay India (Casleisure Pvt Ltd), a sustainable apparel brand shared their experience as: “We received good response on Day One from the visitors. People are interested to source sustainable options in the market. All our products are GRS certified, RCS Certified and organic OCA Certified which is the highest certification any brand can get. We also take care of cutting waste during the production.”

This edition drew the interest of visiting international buyers in the innovative product showcase offering them exciting insights into the Indian gifting and stationery industry. Visiting from Slovakia, Mr Valerian Grass, CEO & Co-Founder, Artmie Slovakia, expressed, “I am impressed by Paperworld India. It is heartening to witness Indian companies embracing art and craft, with numerous start-ups striving to make a significant impact. What sets Indian enterprises apart is their innovative approach to integrating education with art and craft. Furthermore, I learned that the Indian government has recently revised its education policy to incorporate these creative learning methodologies into the curriculum, which is a remarkable step forward.”

Attending Corporate Gifts Show, Ms Nelia Sawhniey, Founder, Beauty Story Pvt Ltd, shared:I had an amazing time here. It was very well organized. We found attractive B2B deals at Corporate Gifts Show.”

A buyer at the show, Ms Nupur Agarwala, Founder, Pencil - The Creative Soul expressed, “My first experience was in 2024 with Paperworld India which helped me source amazing products for my store. Here I am back in 2025 to reconnect with all top brands as Paperworld India is the one stop solution for all the stationery needs.”

The reviews from the Paperworld India imply that it is ever evolving and spearheading the most recent developments in education. Besides, Corporate Gifts Show presented sustainable and premium gifting solutions. The Corporate Gifts Show garnered support from the Corporate Gifts Association of India (CGAI). The next edition of Paperworld India and Corporate Gifts Show will be held from 26 – 28 January 2026.
